Very Poor. I booked this firm on a Friday evening for a 6.15am pick up to take my daughter to work the following morning. At 6am a taxi was in the road (unsure if just a coincidence) but by 6.10am it had gone. No other taxi turned up. They did not phone us and my calls to them went unanswered. My daughter was late for work and lost an hours pay. This was my first time using this firm and will also be my last. I would not recommend anybody use them if they need to get to a destination by a particular time.

I suggest the above should have been ready...taxis cant pick people up if they aren't there.....ok the daughter lost one hours pay, the driver lost the fare.
