Booked cab for ten people at 11pm. One cab turned up 15 minutes early and was told the second was a few minutes behind. Told them we were finishing up and would be out shortly. When we got out just under ten minutes later and still before the actual time booked the cabs had both gone because we said 'we would be straight out' which was never said. This resulted in us missing our train back to London and a very costly journey home as we had to wait for another taxi. One star is possibly a little too generous for their service.

Called this number for a minicab and they were great, nice car nice driver and a clean car. I would recomend this firm.
