After making a booking and leaving a deposit they were late picking up and would not do the last drop unless they were paid more money even though monies had been been agreed on booking and the amount of drop offs. Therefore my daughter and her friend had to walk half a mile to get to the destination in the early hours of the morning, anything could have happened.

A big thank you to the lady on the desk at Royal Taxis for the quick response on picking my daughter up from Old Hill station last night. You guys were amazing in helping a female travelling along and a worried father at home in MK.
